What type of backups do you take and how often?
We always strongly suggest that customers take an offline backup of their service if data redundancy is important to them.
Backup types and frequency vary depending on the service being used, see below:

For Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting the backups are taken daily on the server itself. Additionally weekly backups are stored on a separate server with 2 recovery points.
For our VPS range of products the
Idera Server Backups are taken daily and provide 7 recovery points. The storage is counted for each individual backup and not the total storage taken by all 7 backups. If this is not purchased backups are your responsibility.
