Updating Account Contact Details
Keeping your account details up to date is very important to ensure:
- You receive all our email reminder notifications (and all correspondence actually) e.g. domain renewals
- We can easily identify you if you ever forget your username/account information
- If any sub/additional contacts leave your company they no longer have access to your account
To update your account details:
- Log into the Crucial Control Panel
- Click on My Details
- Click Update Details under My Account
- Enter all the required details, checking your information is up to date
- Click Submit Change to save your new information.
