General Email Settings
Our default email settings are below (Make sure to replace "yourdomain.net.au" with your domain name)
Your full email address.
Use the email account’s password.
Both incoming IMAP/POP and Outgoing SMTP require the full username and password. To find specific email configuration settings, take the following steps:
- Log in to the domain's cPanel account and click Email Accounts.
- Click Connect Devices.
- Scroll down to the second half of the screen and you'll find the settings.
On rare occasions, due to some network settings on your router/firewall or on an outdated mail client, the SSL settings above don't work. If you continue having problems, try the Non-SSL settings instead.
