Depending on the upgrade that is performed your server with us may need to be rebuilt, rebooted or nothing may need to happen at all.

* This may be longer if the server forces a disk check to be runIn most cases adding an IP address to a Linux or Windows system shouldn't cause any disruption, however if our Cloud Management system isn't able to log in to your server it will force a reboot to allocate the additional IP, so it's best to plan for this rather than be caught off guard.
