Email Backup:
Intended for making a full copy of your email inbox (including sent, draft, and other folders) into a single backup file which can be stored in another location securely (like Google Drive, Dropbox or a USB drive)

Email Archive: Intended for reducing the size of an IMAP inbox. Wil backup emails in a specified range (eg: All emails older than 1yr), save them into a single backup file on your computer and delete them off the server
